About the Role
This role is responsible for efficiently removing, inspecting, and palletizing parts from automated stamping presses. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment and takes pride in maintaining quality and workflow standards.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Safely remove stamped parts from automated press lines
• Visually inspect parts for defects, damage, or irregularities
• Sort and stack parts according to specifications and quality standards
• Build and label pallets accurately for downstream processing or shipment
• Communicate equipment or quality issues to supervisors promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Assist with press line changeovers and material handling as needed
Preferred Skills:
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing.
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
