This role is critical to ensuring that both partial and completed assemblies meet our rigorous quality standards before moving to the next stage of production or shipment. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect in-process and finished assemblies for dimensional accuracy, cosmetic defects, and functional compliance
Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify tolerances and specifications
Document inspection results and non-conformances in accordance with QA procedures
Communicate defects or process deviations to production and quality teams
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions when quality issues arise
Maintain inspection records and ensure traceability of inspected components
Follow all safety, quality, and compliance protocols
Preferred Skills:
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Proficiency in operating various assembly machines.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing.
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
