About the Role
An Assembly Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling components or products according to precise specifications. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate assembly machines according to production specifications.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished products for defects and compliance with quality standards.
Maintain accurate production records and logs.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Preferred Skills:
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Proficiency in operating various assembly machines.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred.
Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
