About the Role
As an IT Specialist at ITAC Alabama, LLC, you will be responsible for supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, and contributing to various IT projects. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to start their careers in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects.
• Monitor system performance and ensure security protocols are followed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures and solutions.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall system efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Also willingness to travel overseas if necessary (not permanent)
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with network administration and security protocols.
Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience with onsite services such as Active Directory, IP Management, and Asset Management.
